DC track power, consists of 1-#369 (12VPS), 1-#565 (TRAK-DTT), 1-#366 (TRAK-DTL), 1-#538 (ballast lamp assembly), and full instructions and wiring diagrams.  Units do require you to supply the track, trolley car or locomotive, wire, and connection components.
