maintains relay position between trips and power cycles
requires momentary power to coil to operate and latch
contact ratings - 8 amperes
Contains a DPDT (Double Pole Double Throw) set of latching relay contacts. Designed to work in conjunction with the Dallee Signaling / Automation detection systems like the Trak-DT, Trak-DTT, and Trak-DTT2, Trak-DTL. They will also work with the Dallee Trak-DTRL but will require a 3 pin connector, item #223 or #225. They can also be used with other 12 volt switch control systems to obtain higher current outputs via the relay. The board measure 1.75" x 2" and contain two standoff's for mounting with #6 screws.
The RELAY BOARD LatchT2 consists of a Double Pole Double Throw (DPDT) 12 volt DC latching relay. The RELAY BOARD Latch T2 has one coil. It will latch any momentary input and remember that position. It requires 12 volts DC coil power to operate.
This relay is different in that the coil's voltage is reversed in polarity to change it's state. The relay will remember (latch) the last state when power is removed from it's coil.
