Use the Trak-DTT2 (Track-DeTector Timer) block detector to switch on or off anything around your layout for a duration of 1-45 seconds. Trak-DTT2 current detector activates its on-board relay the first time current is detected. The relay relaxes after the second time current is detected. With the jumper off, it will activate the first time current is detected with an adjustable time between 1-45 seconds regardless if current is still flowing or not. The second time current is detected, the relay will deactivate. The timer mode of operation is selectable. What's different about this unit from the Trak-DTT is that current has to be sensed and then not sensed and then again sensed and not sensed in order to complete it's cycle. Hence the "2" after it's name since it takes two sequences of current sensing. Current is detected by passing a wire through the sense coil on the board.
Add a station stop easily to your model train layout with the Trak-DTT2 or use the Trak-DTT2 as an alternate type of operation with timing. Simply create an isolated section of track to trigger the Trak-DTT2, change a few wires, and you have it. Use the Trak-DTT2 to operate timed station stops. The TrakDTT combines two functions in one unit.
The small block detector circuit board contains a jumper for dual functionality (see below) and a time frame adjustment dial.
