This is not the sound board as pictured but the microcontroller that is plugged into the socket. It is also a picture of the DCv2 board. By changing that, you can change the sounds and operation of the board.
Change any DCv1 or DCv2 type sound systems sound by changing the microcontroller. Since microcontrollers can be damaged easily, they are not a returnable item! Once these are gone, they're gone as well.
Below is a list of what is available. When ordering you have to send an email specifying which one from this list you want. Some items have only 1 available while others have multiple!
40 pin micros for original DCv1 and DCv2 sound units available (os = original v1)
Chips for v1 or v2 systems are interchangeable.
All sounds are interchangeable. So a diesel can become a steam or electric, etc..
